Website chat and automatic replies

Catches the visitor who is ready at 9 p.m. and won't call until tomorrow, if at all.

The problem it solves

Many people do their research in the evening, on a phone, after work, when your office is closed. Some won't call a business at all, but they will type a question. If nothing on your site answers, they leave.

What it does

  • Answers simple questions from information you approve: services, area, hours, financing, what happens at an estimate or a free consultation.
  • Collects the essentials: name, phone, address and what they need.
  • Replies automatically to every form and text within seconds, so the person knows they've been heard and what happens next.
  • Sends the conversation to you by text or email, ready for a call back first thing in the morning.

What it won't do

It won't make promises, quote unapproved prices or give legal advice. When a question needs a person, it says so and gets the visitor's details so a person can follow up.

Your information, handled carefully

Chat transcripts contain personal information. We set them to go only to you, keep them no longer than needed, and describe the chat plainly in your privacy policy.
